Galvanization

Zinc thermal spraying- zinc metalization is process of spraying molten zinc wire Zn 99.99

The thickness of zinc coating is 60-120 micrometers.

Workable element surfaces up to 12 m.

Guarantees to DIN (55 928) standards from 1-5 years.

Workable surfaces:

  • Profiles
  • Constructions
  • Fences
  • Stairs
  • Containers etc.

Metallization procedure – applying the metal coating is performed within 4 hours on surfaces that were prepared with sandblasting process to the degree SA 3, followed by dust removal with clean dry air.

This way of galvanizing may protect whole or just some parts of the construction.

DUPLEX – system: if needed or upon request, galvanized surfaces are painted with primer and lacquer finish or just electrostatic powder coated in shades if requested by client.

Dipping items
in melted Zn which after
emergence hardens and creates a coating
Very fast coating,
suitable for continuous operation, low
utilization of the melt, a thin coatings are not possible
Uneven thickness,
especially in profiled objects, firmly grip
caused by interlayer
alloy with substrate
Galvanic galvanizing; electroplating Cathodic reduction
of Zn ions in the electrolysis solution
of Zn-compounds
Expensive equipment,
slow application
With processing time
thickness increase, but it is uneven in profiled objects
Metallization galvanizing (hot spraying) Spraying Zn-melt with gun, heated by gas or electric arc Suitable for large objects and objects
on the field, possible nonmetal coating,
large losses in processing oblong Items
Porosity and roughness,
possible thick coating
and coarse regulation
